Very clean hotel, newly after renovated. Super breakfast, nice service, i stayed 5 nights there. Everyday breakfast new menu, recommend must try.

Not much hanging tools n frame in toilet. Pillows too soft for me Bed also too soft for me

Newly renovated, room is new and clean. Good bed size. Awesome hotel Will return again, have a very comfortable and pleasant stay there.

Exceptional

Since the hotel is located in the city, access to major tourist attractions was good. The staff was also very friendly, and communication was very easy because the staff spoke English. As it was a new construction, the interior was modern, clean and convenient.

Since it hasn't been long since it opened, it was a little disappointing that breakfast was not provided, and similarly, fitness services were not available.

Off the busy side of town is an unpolished gem

The room design and details such as the bath tub, mist spray for pillow, the bedroom slippers, the bag for hand soap etc. Location near to many good restaurants and also waking distance to the shopping mall such as Eslite, Taipei Linear Park and 13 minutes to the MRT.

It's pity that the staff were inexperience and lacks courtesy when dealing with customer issues. When asked for late check-out, they basically denied and cited full capacity but if you pay you can extend, which renders the full capacity isn't really the true reason. English proficiency was poor. The front desk and breakfast area were often only manned by one staff. What happened to service with a smile?

Very quiet hotel for a major capital

It was very quiet and very clean. Nice classical music in the lobby. Some laundry included. Staff was very nice. I forgot my phone charger in the room when I checked out and they quickly noticed and ran down to bring it to me while I was waiting for the taxi.

The location of the hotel is good.

The location of the hotel is good... walking distance to shopping area, restaurants and Zhongshan metro station. Room was comfortable, neat and clean...first ever hotel we have stayed thus far that provided the complimentary local sweet delicacy, and replenished on a daily basis. We are truly impressed! Very clean and modern bathroom. Very friendly and supportive staff.

The view is not super but that is all the same inside the city so not a big minus point.

Central location, friendly staff.

Central location, friendly staff. Rooms are clean and confortable. Fast free WiFi. Breakfast is good if you like asian taste (only limited European Food). Meeting room with large LCD screen available.

Hotel is in cetral location, but a Little bit hidden. The Rooms we had are facing on a very close building (only a few meters away) and you have to keep the courtains closed if you want to have some privacy.

Central location, close to MRT station. Clean, comfortable rooms. Reception staff had limited English, but were helpful with ordering and directing taxis.

Rather unwelcoming reception, cold bare lobby with no tourist information, no porters to assist with baggage. No information about hotel facilities in the room. The only hotel we stayed in on this trip that did not include breakfast in the room rate.

TOTALLY IMPRESSED BY HOW WELL RUN THE HOTEL IS. GREAT VALUE FOR ITS PRICE.

Buffet breakfast was only NT$300 and it was quite an impressive selection that varied daily. Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were probably the friendliest people in Taiwan. Everybody smiled, answered all my questions, tried to help me with everything I needed their expertise on. Wifii signals were strong on every floor of the hotel. The rooms were very beautifully furnished and had fridges and safes and free snacks and bottles of water every morning! I have stayed at many different hotels in Taipei throughout the years, and I have to say the Tango hotel was absolutely #1 in terms of value. For my second stay at the same property (I went South for a few days), I booked directly through the front desk and they gave me complimentary buffet breakfast each morning!

I stayed in two different rooms. Room 3001's shower door would not seal tight as the silicon between the two glass panels had peeled off. Every time I showered water would leak out and created puddles of water outside the shower.

A superior hotel stay experience!

Not one of the cheapest hotels in town, but staying there guarantees a superior experience! There are two Tango hotels side by side, when I checked in I asked for a high floor so I was immediately accompanied by a staff member to the Changan location which is the one I'm reviewing. The service of the staff was exceptional at check in and dining room and was very responsive and helpfuI. I got the most spacious executive room on the 12th floor equipped with an amazingly comfortable king size bed and a huge bathroom which included a shower with a huge head, a jacuzzi and a Japanese style electronic toilet. The room had an open view to the street and was very quiet. The amenities in the room were also great, the huge flat screen TV, the espresso machine, the executive chair, electronic lighting system etc overall guaranteed a very pleasant stay.

The ambience is too dark, yet it's a matter of personal taste and didn't impact my overall experience.

perfect location to stay during my business trip. everything is close by and hotel room has TOTO'S latest model of nice NEOREST washlet and jet bathtub. i am pretty sure this hotel will be my choice of hotel whenever i have a business trip to taipei.

Fine location

Since hotel upgrades my room, I feel very confortable resting in room, and the huge bathtub in the bathroom was amazing.

Since neer by the hotel, it's easy to find business bar dealing with Japanese, employees speak Japaneses very well, but not English. Forthermore, since the bars, i do not recomend for family group.

Nice but out of the other branches of Tango Hotels, the minibar and room facility is less impressive and older

Simple and clean. Convenient location

Location is close by the Love clubs/ hotels. Room facility is basic which give a different impression from other Tango hotels, which are more modern and sophisticated. Staffs were helpful but not as impressive as the other locations
